[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] IBM 5798-FAL product

JMS@MIS.ARIZONA.EDU (Chutna to jako treska?) (04/14/88)

Help! We've just gotten all the hardware pieces in place, and the software
loaded, and now I'm trying to get our token ring TCP/IP (IBM flavor) to
be routed onto the campus Ethernet using the IBM ``gate'' software
on an AT. Has anyone out there done this and made it work? Why is
there only a paragraph in the manual on this operation? If you're willing
to talk about how I can make it work, send me your phone number! A
bottle of Stag's Leap is sure to follow!

Thanks,

jms

Did you try calling the 800 number that comes along with IBM TCP/IP. It
is the support group at IBM Research. They are quite helpful and knowledgable
and, since you paid for the support, you might as well use it.
