[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] What is TOKERUI?

chm@nbires.nbi.com (Paul Chmielewski) (05/17/88)

Could someone tell me where I might find some info on IBM's TOKERUI?
For starters, I'd like to know what it is, what it does, and how big it is.

Thanks,

TOKREUI is a Terminate and Stay Resident device driver for the IBM Token Ring
card. My version is 7360 bytes when loaded into memory.

TOKREUI is also obsolete. IBM has recently been providing a set of device
drivers, loaded via CONFIG.SYS, which function the same as TOKREUI, but are
called different, less mnemonic names (which I can't remember right now).
You also get to pick a subset of the drivers they provide, to match your
particular configuration and the options you want.
