Can one or more of you kind and well-informed people in this newsgroup give me some idea of the amount of support for the 3C503 (presumed successor to the 3C501, as I understand it) that is planned/available in public and commerical TCP/IP packages? I know of at least one commercial source, but before we spend the bucks on it (and being a poor little cardiology lab), I would like to hear about the options. Ed Darken erd@duke Duke University

As of this moment, the 3C503 is supported by PC/TCP (ours), PC/NFS (Sun's) and WIN/PC (Wollongong's). It wouldn't surprise me if some of the other commercial developers are working on it (UMD has stated they've developed a driver, which will presumably show up in IBM's product someday). Public domain I can't say much about, but I haven't heard any promises. James VanBokkelen FTP Software Inc.
