I have a full-length ibm pc combined winc/thin ethernet controller from a company called Tigan that i'd like to use for a ethernet monitor, but I haven't been able to find any data on it. It uses an intel 82586 enet chip, and the WD10xx chips for the winc. The only identification is on the top of the board where is says: "TIGAN INC." "ETHERNET/DISK CONTROLLER BD 5010CO" Has anyone ever heard of this card? Al Kossow @ Apple Computer, Inc., Cupertino, CA UUCP: {mtxinu, sun, nsc, voder}!apple!aek ARPA: aek@apple.apple.com

I've heard of it. It is as you say, an 82586 combined with a disk controller. Last I knew, Tigan could be reached at: Tigan Communications 4020 Fabian Way Palo Alto, CA 94303 (415) 493-1486 Don't know what software support exists, except probably Netware. jbvb
