I just started using the NCSA 2.2 telnet stuff, and have a question: Does the domain server part work if the server is on a different subnet? I had hoped it would go through the gateway to find the server, but it doesn't seem to. Of course, I don't really know what I'm talking about, but it sounds reasonable :-) If the server should work this way, then I have to figure out what's wrong...If it isn't supposed to work that way, then I won't have to figure out what this all means--I'll just suggest it as an enhancement! Well, must have been local problems--the nameserver part is working now! Doug Claar HP Information Software Division UUCP: { ihnp4 | mcvax!decvax }!hplabs!hpda!dclaar -or- ucbvax!hpda!dclaar ARPA: dclaar%hpda@hplabs.HP.COM
