[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] IP library code wanted

We want to build TCP/IP support into an existing application.  I am looking
for Microsoft compatible linkable library code that would allow us to 
implement an IP intererface.  I'd be interested in either public domain
or commercial code.  I am working with the ka9q code but it will not
fit the bill without work because it is not microsoft compatable.

I'd appreciate any advice available on this subject.  If you reply,
please note whether you have first hand experience with the target
package.
