[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] 10 Mbps WD Starlan boards ?

turner@udamsc.UUCP (Bob Turner) (02/01/89)

Preface: This may be a stupid and useless question.

Does anyone know if (and when) Western Digital may come out with
a 10 Mbps Starlan board with the same software interface as WD8003
cards? If they already have can someone post information (price) on
it.

				Thanks.

Yes, WD has a version of the WD8003 which does 10Mb twisted pair. It is
compatible with Synoptics hardware, W-D was using it at the Interop show
in September.
