[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] ethernet cards vs. drivers

	One important reason for selecting an ethernet card seems to
be the drivers (or lack of drivers) available for it.  I think it would
be good to compile a chart of card vs. drivers including availability/cost.
Has this already been done?  Possible drivers:  FTP's packet driver,
PC/NFS, NDIS/DOS, NDIS/OS2, SCO TCP, raw NETBIOS, UNIX Sys V streams, etc...
