A few weeks ago I posted the following query: Do any TFTP implementations for OS/2, that run on an Ethernet, exist? Thanks in advance for any information. Thanks to all who replied. Some of you may want to see the collection of responses I received: ===================================================================== Date: 29 Jul 89 21:21:08 EDT From: Ralph Yozzo <YOZZO@ibm.com> To: plim@teknowledge-vaxc.ARPA Subject: Re: TFTP implementation for OS/2 Newsgroups: comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc In-Reply-To: <28176@teknowledge-vaxc.ARPA> Organization: IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, N. Y. Hello, I've seen in InfoWeek that Racal-interlan has an implementation of TCP/IP for OS/2. Also, Microsoft advertises LM/X which is suppose to a TCP/IP implementation that is compatible with the OS/2 Lan Manager. I've been trying to get information about both of these products and have not succeeded as of yet... I'd appreciate any information about OS/2 and TCP/IP that you may gather. A fellow in Europe has ported the IBM TCP/IP package (derived from PC-IP) to OS/2, and it included a TFTP. We are working on an OS/2 package, and as an intermediate step, put our 1.16 version up on OS/2 (this doesn't allow multiple applications to be active at once, so we hadn't intended to sell it). Our 1.16 does include a TFTP. We can use any NDIS (DIS) conforming Ethernet driver. James B.
