[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] 3C505 driver and promiscuous mode and Net monitors

Re post due to lack of response the first time:

Sometime ago I got a copy of "3c505" driver from clarkson and
compiled/linked it into the TELNET stuff. I now want to put the driver
into promiscuous mode. Does anyone have the command defintions for this
board and can such a person send me the info. In particular there is a
configure command block in the source which enables broadcast traffic. Is
promiscuous mode just another bit in that command block?

Also I saw mention of a program titled something like "Net Watch".
Does anyone have info on where this, if it exists, is archived?

"Net Watch" is a program in PC/IP that is a simple network analyzer.
It shows packets that go by on the net in real time, and does some
simple parsing of packet headers so you don't have to read a lot of
numbers to find out it's a Telnet packet. It should be available in
any of the various versions of PC/IP laying around the net. I don't
believe anyone has done a packet driver for it yet.

FTP Software added packet capture, a lot of protocols and other
features customers wanted and sells it as LANWatch. I believe
Wollongong also sells a derived version of it.
