Does anybody in netland know of a public domain version of tcp-ip implemented for the ibm pc. Our X server requires TCP-IP and trying to support all the different commercial packages with their different interfaces is making supporting/writing the TSR's a real pain. What we require is a implementation with source which we can modify and ship the resulting binary with our product. If the licencing aggreement requires payment of royalties to the author that is fine as long as they are not too expensive. We have heard of KA9Q by Phil Karn but have has no success trying to contact him to O.K it's use. Information on the above, would be much appreciated.
