[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] Where do I find NCSA Telnet which supports Packet Drivers?

I would like to know where I can obtain a version of NCSA Telnet for the
PC that supports packet drivers for the Ethernet controller card. I have
Internet access, and would like to obtain the software by anonymous FTP.
Does anyone know a machine that has this version of NCSA Telnet? Please
