A friend is writing a Public-Domain MSDOS uucp implementation. He needs information on the protocol used by uucio, and on RS-something-or-another headers. He says there was something very recently on one of the mailing lists on where to get various on-line papers, and these were mentioned there. Does anyone have a copy of these messages?
