Excelan recently announced their LAN WorkPlace for OS/2 which is a 
TCP/IP protocol stack, netbios and a couple of TCP applications on OS/2 machine.

LAN Manager is a NetBIOS application and will run on top of Excelan's TCP/IP
product. In fact we were the initial suppliers of TCP to Microsoft for 
LAN Manager..
