I just posted a note announcing the availability of pc/ip compiled for the packet
drivers. In a enclosed 'read.me' in that archive (and in the note) I stated that these
nice pieces of software are in the Public Domain. This is NOT rigth. They are in
fact copyright a whole bunch of people and organizations They ARE freely copyable.
That's what I allways intended to say, emm.. Oh Well. Sorry to all concerned. Thanks
to Russ Nelson at Clarkson University, US, for pointing this out to me.
The read.me file will be changed, the 9 sites that have picked the file up should be
aware of the true nature of things, and change the read.me if they intend to
distribute the archive further.
