I am asking this question on behalf of my freind, so if this question was asked here and answered, I am sorry. He just had his PS/2 put on ethernet, with ethernet card and et al. He has got the telnet software from NCSA, and when he tries running it, the system hangs. He has had the ethernet connection tested, the board tested, but telnet refuses to work, it just hangs the system. He feels it is a configuartion problem. If anyone has succesfully ran telnet on their ibmpc, would they please e-mail their experiences and if ok their config.tel. Please e-mail.
