[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] TCP/IP for PC using Token Ring/A adapters

BRUECKJC@SNYBUFVA.BITNET (02/05/90)

   Hello.

Is there any known implmentation of TCP/IP over a Token Ring network on
a PC running MS-DOS? If there is, who produces this and is there any such
implementation in the public domain, via FTP or other means??

         Thank you,

IBM's PC-TCP/IP supports both, Token-Ring and Ethernet. I don't know
of any other products that do.

NCSA's, both 3270 and standard versions support Ethernet and Token Ring.

For the record, FTP Software's PC/TCP is available for a wide range
of Token Ring, Ethernet and Starlan cards.
