Does anyone out there know of any software that allows print sharing over ethernet? We don't need file service as these machines will be attached to a Novell network next year - they (4 PCs) will need to share a printer, and it's OK if one of the PCs has to be left on all the time. We have an LPD which runs on a dedicated PC, and accepts lpr requests across the network. It will support multiple printers. You will need lpr on the PCs, and if you are switching to Novell, should make sure that whatever lpr you have will be compatible with the Novell software.
