[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] mail to '!sun!hotline'

I am trying to get PC-NFS 3.01 to co-exist with 3Com 3+. The PC-NFS 3.0.1
installation guide says that SUN are still working on it - "for an
update send e-mail '!sun!hotline'"

Question 1. -- Does anyone know of the solution to my problem ?

Question 2. -- How do I address the SUN hotline on the Internet ?

thanks ...

Try hotline@sun.com. How quaint that they're still publishing routes,
rather than addresses, for support mail...
