[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] Port 37 time conversion routine wanted.

I am wondering if there is a c-routine out there for converting
the machine readable date-time protocol which is generated on
port 37 into either an ascii representation or a vax-vms equivalent
binary date-time value?
