We are currently using a WD8003EBT controller with SUN PC-NFS. I heard that Western Digital has a new controller WD8003EB which should replace WD8003E and WD8003EBT. Does anybody know if this is true? If so, is the WD8003EB software compatible with the former controllers? If it is not compatible, are there drivers for SUN PC-NFS or FTP/PC-TCP? We use wd8003a with win 3.0 but no file server. The ethernet pgm resides
on each pc in the net and talks to a packet multiplxer. I am running
win 3.0 standard on a 286 pc with 1024 bytes of men as extended. The
software is ncsa 2.2tn and it runs in a full screen under win 3.0?
Is this what you mean?
