The copyright says it can be freely used and redistributed, but if you modify it, you must make the executable display a message saying so, and who did it. It supports Class 1 only, via Ethernet NDIS drivers. It is available for anonymous FTP on vax.ftp.com, in ~pub/packet.driver/NDIS. I won't mail it to you (but someone elsewhere might). We don't support this freeware version, but if you want to discuss modifying or enhancing it, we're interested in talking with you... James B. I forgot to mention in the previous post: The NDIS adapter v1.05 doesn't work with the following freeware Packet Driver applications: Current versions of NCSA and older CUTCPs fail because they assume that a handle can't assume the value 0. I have reported the bug. The BYU NetWare SHELLDRV.OBJ fails because it doesn't expect to hear its own broadcast packets, and NDIS echoes them back to the sender. We haven't checked any of the commercial packages except our own PC/TCP. James B. VanBokkelen 26 Princess St., Wakefield, MA 01880 FTP Software Inc. voice: (617) 246-0900 fax: (617) 246-0901
