[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] 2.2TN/TC-B

We are currently trying out the TN3270.EXE found in the above version of
CUTCP, using the packet driver 3C503.COM. We encounter the following
situations:

1. While we are connected to a host, we shelled out to DOS and run a word-
processor, say Wordstar. After editing a file, we exit out of the editor
normally, using [CTRL-K][D]. Then we exit out of the DOS shell successfully
and go back to our session with the host. After we got back the session,
quite often (but not everytime) the PC either hangs or becomes VERY SLOW.
Very slow in the sense that when I type a key, I have to wait for quite a
few seconds before it is echoed on the screen.

2. When we use DISPKTPM and run TN3270 on top of it, we cannot do a PRINT-
   SCREEN.

My questions are:

1. Are these situations common?
2. How can I check these out with Clarkson University?

Thank you
