I am trying to get FTP's 2.x kernel running under Desqview. I am using a NI5210 Ethernet controller and Clarkson's revision 3.x packet driver. Thus far everything I have tried has failed. The system runs for a while (varies from an hour to 8 hours), then crashes. I have done this under a 286 and 386, in 8086 and virtual mode. For my test I drive data through an application continuously. Yes, the software works O.K. outside of Desqview. If you have Desqview and the kernel running together, please email me your configuration: which Desqview revision Are you using QEMM? is the packet driver and kernel inside or outside of Desqview what Ethernet board are you using what packet driver (board and revision) are you using any magic incantations you've discovered :-) Thank you.
