[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] TCP/CSLI for IBM's

Is there an implementation of Van Jacobson's TCP/CSLI available for
IBM PCs yet?  I am trying to run a serial line connection between
two Telebits and performance, as Telebit says, using a SLIP bites
the big one.

Any information would be apprecieated,
