If anyone failed to fill out the response form (posted a couple of weeks ago) please mail me a request. I got some replies via the USPO! Color Computer Users: 14 Smoke Signal Users: 2 Southwest Technical Products Users: 2 GIMIX Users: 2 Apple II Users: 1 HELIX Users: 0 OTHER's 7 (There were several "no computer owned yet" responses.) Before I present the roster ... a few common questions: Q: Microware's UUCP address is: {ihnp4} ...!cbosgd!apr!mcrware!mcrware Q: net.micro.6809 is not gateway'ed to ARPANET. net.micro is. Please post to both. OK, I will. Can someone out there elaborate? I'm a net-novice and don't know the rationale for the choices in distribution. Q: Where can I find out more about the Apple II OS9 package? Stellation Two POB 2342 Santa Barbara, CA 93120 (805) 569-3132 This package is unusual in that the 6809 co-processor board runs concurrently with the 6502, with the latter doing the I/O work for the 6809. To preclude loss of serial I/O & keyboard data in the humble Apple, the 6809 performs all disk I/O, keeping the 6502 free for its I/O duties. Q: Address for "THE" OS9 User's group? OS9 USERS GROUP POB 7586 DES MOINES, IA 50322 1984 Officers (reelections in progress): President: Dale L. Posting to both means that everyone who subscribes to net.micro has to read all your articles about 6809. If you want articles about 6809 gateway'ed to ARPANET, then *get* net.micro.6809 gateway'ed to ARPANET. All of us who don't care about the 6809 and wish to remain subscribed to net.micro thank you.
