November 28, 1990 Dear Thomas: Would you please send me information on your findings concerning our InterDrive product? You stated in your fax that you've had problems with InterDrive hanging while doing simple DOS commands. Would you please provide the following for me? 1) The version of InterDrive you are running 2) The DOS commands you are having problem(s) with and the errors, if any, which are being displayed. 3) A packet trace of the problem(s) would be most helpful.
