Hello, netlanders. I hope I've got a simple request. I'm trying to hook up my DOS machine via a 19.2 KBaud link, through a terminal server, to a MicroVAX 3300 by SLIP. I would like to open up FTP to the DOS machine, and I would like to be able to FTP or telnet from the DOS machine, as well as receive and send mail from the DOS machine. I am having trouble locating a version of SLIP for Ultrix 3.1 or Ultrix 4.0. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? What do I need to have running on the MicroVAX to start up SLIP? I know I need to have a dedicated tty to the machine, and I'm working on that now. Does anyone have a recommendation for SLIP software for DOS? Thanks in advance for all help. -- Daniel C.
