[net.micro] ibm pc hardware differences?

excuse my ignorance, but i have NOT followed ibm product offerings
untill recently. could someone please inform me the primary hardware
differences between the various ibm pc products (pc, at and xt).

how well are each selling and what is the relative speeds of the basic
configuration that IBM ships with hard disk (not OEM enhancements or
with special software packages.)
