[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc] PC-NFS, Windows 3.0, NCSA telnet

dan@lclark.UUCP (Dan Revel) (01/23/91)

I recall that the pitfalls of getting PC-NFS, Windows 3.0 and NCSA telnet
to all co-exist in a single DOS box where discussed extensively a while
back. I didn't pay attention because I didn't think that it concerned me.
Wrong. So, would anyone care to summarize the upshot of that discussion?
Any comments, tricks, tips, or caveats would be much appreciated.
A related concern (for me) is 10 base T interface cards for PCs (both EISA
and MCA), are there any that are easier or more difficult to use?

Thanks,

Dan
