PibTerm v5.1 (which I wrote, so I'm prejudiced :-}) and Crosstalk Mark IV
both provide internal Zmodem and an interrupt 14h interface.  I don't know
if either will perform Zmodem using FTP Software's TNGLASS (which is what
I assume you are referring to).  PibTerm does work with Hughes ProLinc, which
uses its own int 14h redirector on top of the FTP Software kernel.

I believe that new versions of Procomm and Telix with internal Zmodem and
interrupt 14h support are scheduled to be available in the near future.
I don't know of any "standalone" Zmodem modules (e.g., like Chuck Forsberg's
DSZ) that provide an interrupt 14h interface.
