I have recently been appointed to the maintenance of a Novell LAN, and there is one problem that I am unable to solve (I am quite new in the field). Here is the problem: We are running Novell Advanced Netware 286 V2.15 and we are using a TCP Gateway (with the MICOM-Interlan NP600G board) to communicate with hosts. Sometimes (not very often) we have the message "mbuf init failure" appearing on the console of the file server and this usually leads to crashing the system (We have to reboot the system... Unhappy users!). It appears that it happens during heavy load on the file server, but does not seem to be related to the number of mainframe connections (telnet or ftp)!
