I believe that one will find Tek 4014 emulation in the Clarkson release of
NCSA tn3270 available at sun.soe.clarkson.edu.  It works with the Clarkson
packet drivers and supports a single 3270 with multiple vt102 sessions.
You can dump graphics output to HPGL and postscript.  The version that I
have is 2.2D.  Chapter 5 of the manual describes use of the graphics
capability.
