The telnet in WIN/TCP (now PathWay Access version 1.1) uses the basic
Int 14h calls as per the tech refs (i.e. no multiple sessions nor block
data reads/writes as per extended INT 14 or BAPI or NAPI (or sleepy
or floyd).
