[net.micro] New bboard at UT-Austin

barnett@ut-sally.UUCP (Lewis Barnett) (03/29/85)

I've been asked by one of the sysops of the Project Quest bulletin
board at the University of Texas to announce their existence to one
and all on the network who might be interested. This is billed as
"Austin's Educational Bulletin Board," and is maintained by the
University of Texas Educational Computing Service. The bboard
is dedicated to software for *all* kinds of microcomputers, and
has the ambitious goal of creating "the largest Public Domain
software library for all personal computers." The bboard operates
24 hours a day, and can be reached at:

		(512) 471-5167.

They've been operating for only a few weeks, and so are actively
soliciting uploads of software for all types of computers. They
can handle 300/1200 baud communication.

So, dial them up -- they're waiting to hear from you!
