I am trying to set up a PC only network. use pc A running soss as server, pc B running PC-NFS, so far I an mount pc A's file system to pc B, I can even copy some files to/from two pcs. The problem shows when I tried to run program from pc B use file in pc A. pc B crash. pc A (soss server) print some thing like NFS_READ truncate 1024 ... the sample mount command for unix with soss, do some thing like mount -f nfs rsize=512,wsize=512... The question here is: is it possible to specify rsize and wsize in PC-NFS? I RTFM and didn't find anything like that. is there any NFS product for PC that can do the above? PS: where can I find a working pktd.sys? I have a copy doesn't work. -- Youda yhe@zip.eecs.umich.edu

For info on a working pktd.sys file, and the reasons PC-NFS has troubles coexisting with other networking material, is found in directory [anonymous.pcnfs] (using the brackets and dot please) on my VMS VAX netlab.usu.edu 129.123.1.11.
