Having just dealt with this myself, I wanted to report my solution. Others have reported that Compuserve has NDIS drivers, but unfortunately I don't have a Compuserve account. I had gotten my 3C503's from Sun bundled with PC-NFS before NDIS was a common standard, and the cards only came with a diagnostic program. I called 3COM, which directed me to their local sales office (in San Francisco, (415)955-2607) where I spoke with a Customer Support Engineer. After telling her my tale of woa, she sent me the drivers straight away. Alas she goofed the first time and sent me DOS drivers so it took a couple of days to get the OS/2 ones (she sounded very fatigued from several network installations, so it was understandable), so make sure when you request that you make clear which ones you need!
