TCP/IP <-> AppleTalk conversion on a DOS-based PC....possible ? ~Does anyone know of software, commercial or public domain that will convert TCP/IP packets to Appletalk packets (IN SOFTWARE) application: ....We have many PCs (and SUNs) connected to Ethernet ....we have many MACs on Appletalk ....all laser printers are connected to AppleTalk. ....there is a "kinetics gateway" box between these 2 nets... .....to get to the printers the PCs spool their jobs onto the SUNs where they are converted to Appletalk via "Columbia Appletalk" software ....My question is whether such software (like Columbia AppleTalk) is available for the PC so they we can send jobs directly to Appletalk without going to (or depending) on the SUN -thanks in advance.... nitin@bat.lle.rochester.edu -- ************************************************************************** Nitin Sampat INTERNET : nitin@bat.cc.rochester.edu (128.151.32.111)
