I want to make my own finder replacement in which, instead of opening a documentwould open the standard open document dialog with the given application, and in the proscribed folder. Until my A.P.D.A. package arrives, can anyone suggest how to "open thisFolder with Word" or "open with Word a document that starts with ::...:...:"? Please excuse any vi errors in this post; it is far from my favourite editor. .
