If someone wants to become *very* popular, I have the perfect
suggestion for stackware: 1040 tax forms!!! I just spent
a frustrating weekend referencing various pages of various
documents ("See p19 for more info...") while doing my taxes.
It would have been *much* nicer to just click on the note, and
have p19 appear on my screen!

Try MacInTax. Anyone who duplicates the effort needed to create a stackware product as capable as MacInTax - probably - won't post it to this or any other net as shareware. Well, it is funny that you should mention it, but I started a 1040 Tax Stack just last December and have not had a large portion of time to develop it. Essentially, what it does is to do most of the calculations of the 1040A tax form, without too many complex deductions or whatever. Since I am a student, and I get all the taxes that were taken back to me, I programmed it to be used in a simple manner, but it may serve useful for others. I doubt that I will be done with it by April, since I have many classes and many other HyperCard projects (Chinese Stack!) that come first.
