About a month ago I posted an article describing strange behavior with the Help Stack. At that time, nobody responded )-: so I thought I'd try it again. The problem happens on the second card of the Hypertalk Math functions. It seems that on that card (and that card only), the previous and next buttons don't work at all. I checked the scripts for the buttons and they were the same as the other pre- vious and next buttons in the stack. It is possible to move to the previous and next cards through the keyboard shortcuts, so it's pretty reasonable to assume the links to the previous and next cards are intact. This problem happens with both Hypercard 1.0 and 1.2 (which leads to me to believe the problem is in the stack). Could someone please tell me 1) Is this problem is unique to me and 2) Why won't those buttons work?
