[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] HC 1.2 availability

I would like to find out, what the status of HC 1.2.x (international version)
really is (hard facts). Has it actually been released to the public, has it 
found its way to Europe etc. 

Furthermore, what is the upgrade policy in various European countries (bits 
for free ? - I am not entirely happy with the performance of Apple here 
in Austria).

Hi,
	Does anyone know if there is a version of Hypercard localized for
	the language of Bahasa Indonesian. Does Apple have one? Can I drive
	down and have my 'original' disk localized by them , by anyone in
	the Bay area. I assume dealers can't handle this sort of request
	since they can barely handle upgrades in english.

	Is there anyone out there reading this note working in Hypercard in
	Indonesia who is on indogtw or indovax?
