I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Dan Allen, and the few other people working in Apple's Development groups, for taking the time to read, ponder, evaluate, and respond to the growing number of us who are using HyperCard (HC) and having questions or problems with it. I find it VERY encouraging and reassuring that users are being listened to. Even better, that when users have problems or questions on the product, someone from the company takes the initiative to post a reply (as Dan has), and maybe save some people some hassles. I think in its own small way, this is a form of "quality" service. (I will be even more impressed if some of our requests for HC improvements appear in the next release of HyperCard! :-)) I think that the appropriate levels of Apple management should consider having some of their people on these Mac newsgroups as another form of customer service. I think THAT would be a great idea. Jim Collymore
