There are two books I've gotten recently that I would like to strongly recommend: "HyperTalk Programming" by The Waite Group, publ. Hayden Books (~$24-29) which to me seems to be a solid, basic book in HyperTalk that everyone from a novice to an expert should have on their shelf, AND "The Tricks of the HyperTalk Masters" edited by the Waite Group, publ. by Hayden Books ($24.95). This book is for the advanced HyperTalk script writer, BUT the reference chapter (starting on page 569) is PRICELESS by itself for BOTH novice and expert HyperTalk scripters! If you don't have these books, and you want to write scripts better (or you're having trouble writing scripts, period) you should definitely go to your local bookstore and buy them. Jim Collymore Disclaimer: I am in no way connected with the publisher, writers or whoever, but I am very favorably impressed with these books.
