Howdy All, I am trying to help a fellow lab worker with a problem in Hypercard 1.2.2 . We want to create a new stack, copying the current background. We know the new name, as well as the full pathname. However, we want to do this from within a script, without the user getting the standard dialog box, where, as we all know, the user could mess things up :-)... So, does anyone have / know of a nice XFCN / XCMD that takes a filename, and maybe a flag for background copy, and creates a new stack, with no user intervention???? Or have we missed something, and it is doable from HyperTalk itself?????? Please send replies directly to me - I'll post summary if people ask.
