[] I am writing a hypercard stack which needs to change the cursor and keep it changed. e.g. if the user clicks on a white button, I want the cursor to change to an icon which is a minature of this button (I have already drawn all the cursors and such) and stay that way until the user clicks somewhere else. Well, Hypercard only keeps the cursor changed within a script. So, my button tells it to set cursor to whiteCurs and it does. Then it reverts back to the hand immediately after. I have tried playing with setting it in idle, but that creates a strobe effect as it changes and reverts very quickly over and over... Anyone know of any way to do this short of writing an XCMD? Please eMail responses, I don't normally read this group. -ajw Andy J.
