Hello, here is some hard learned advise for those of you who use macintalk from hypercard. there are various stacks that perform this function. most of the documentation says, "put the MacInTalk driver in your system folder." this doesn't work if hypercard is not located on the system volume. one solution is to put hypercard on the same disk as the system folder. another solution is to copy the MacInTalk driver to the hypercard folder. it has taken several months with phone bills and letters to figure this one out. although the solution is simple, i got no response from anybody. so when it all comes down to it, you have to find solutions to these small problems by yourself.
