[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] Check for any key down in HyperTalk

I'm looking for a way to check if any key is pressed (not only option,command,
cursor,etc.) and perform a different action for each key pressed.
Is this possible with Hypertalk and how or do I have to go to XCMDs?
