[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] copyright questions: publishing hypercard stack

I am considering publishing a stack as public domain or shareware.
What sort of copyright/rights reserved notices need to go on it and
where should they go (on the first card only?)?  Also, and this is of
more concern to me, can I include artwork (icons, pictures) that are
part of the Hypercard distribution software, or will I be violating
Apple's copyright?  (I'm not much of an artist myself.)

I have a slight problem with HyperCard.  I have been writing a stack and 
at one point I want to move a button using the drag command.  I have been
writing this on my IIcx, but it will be used on SEs.  Everything works fine
on the IIcx but it does not move on the SE.  I am using the same version
of HyperCard (1.2.2) on both machines.  Does anyone out there have any
ideas what the problem is?  Please E-mail me your response.
