I posted a question last week about printing mailing labels with hypercard using "Print Report" function of the file menu. The problem I had was that the spacing betwext the 1st and 2nd label on each new page was "hosed up", and the 4th line was deleted from the 1st label. I found the problem via a Hypertalk programming book, as a tip. I had to turn on "No gaps between pages" in the print setup window. This solved the problem. There still seems to be no way to get away from the Geneva 9 pt. font that apple sticks you with for report writing. Perhaps Apple will fix this someday! One additional problem that I had with printing labels is that When it gets ready to print the 1st label, it does a newpage command - so my imagewriter II scrolls up a whole page of labels - virtually wasting them. This may not seem like a big deal - but if you do a lot of them - it wastes a lot of expensive labels. Any hints?
